Day 25.

Thursday was naja.

At work I talked with one of my colleages that sat in on the meeting the day before. She gave me a summary about what we had talked about, since I was so frustrated that I couldn’t understand. Turns out, I actually understood quite a bit. Woo!

I went back to Kaufrausch for an hour and looked at things. So much fun. Then I bought a cute little notebook and the pink lace designed “Kaffee Klatsch” coasters for Svenja’s birthday.

After, I was completely stuck on the computer. At work Petra showed me link of a vote-o-meter for the German parties. The elections are in September and it’s so much fun to be a part of the political discussions in Germany. I remember how much fun it was to interview students’ opinions on the U campus during the Romney and Obama debates and then writing an article about how they felt when Obama won.

Hey German friends, friends who speak German, CBYXers, and everyone else: Take the Wahl-O-Mat and see where you are.

Then I read up on Syria because I’ve been behind.
Then I caught up on four weeks of Pinterest.
I got on after my dad has pinned a bunch of cool stuff like this:
He pinned this from Blaine Fontana. Click the image to get to my dad’s pinterest.
It’s rad and inspiring, people.
I don’t know what I did with the rest of my day. It was a bummish day, but sometimes you just need those kind of days.
I’m really loving the stuff I am doing at work. I am learning so much, it’s crazy. Even when I do get a German overload, it’s so fun to be a part of the professional field in Germany, especially in politics.
